Attendee registrations
Allows registration for attendees at a single time via form. Quick and easy access to data is provided allowing for manipulation of results by users.
Registration attendee and status
A well ordered, systematic dashboard that is extremely easy to use, both at the front and backend and allows for quick and accurate reporting of data.
Online payment facilities
A full range of payment facilities can be included: Credit Card, BACS payments or even Purchase Orders – as agreed with Organisers.
The system will capture a purchase order number together with an uploaded copy to allow the organiser’s finance team to invoice the delegates.
Important note: Gateway Transaction charges of the total value for each registration package including any extras apply for credit cards (depending on which credit card is used) and BACS payments. This charge is over and above the fees for this service and will be deducted from the final total collected.
Full reporting
A full range of reports are available to Organisers to keep updated on current progress, registration status and payments made. Release of retained funds can be arranged to support deposit payments etc.
PCI Compliant
We only use PCI Compliant servers to host our Registration forms. We also use an accredited and secure payment processor to collect fees which are held in a dedicated client account
Full reconciliation of fees
Our system records the current status of all registrations and we regularly chase outstanding debits. A full reconciliation of fees is carried out with our fees invoiced at the end of the registration period.
Action notifications
Whenever an action is completed – registration, payment, cancellation etc a notification is sent to the delegate, Admin and even the Organiser if you wish to keep updated.
Standard template
We have created an event website that is both visually appealing and highly functional. It can be customised to showcase your conference or event and provides all the pertinent information attendees need. The website’s template accommodates a branded banner that best represents your event.
In addition, customisation of the standard template is available at an additional cost based upon the work involved.
Fully hosted
We manage the content of your website hosted on https://congresshub.uk/event/conferencename, while still giving you the flexibility to redirect to a URL of your choice.
Updated regularly
We handle all updates for your conference or event on a scheduled basis, usually every 4 weeks, but more frequent updates are available for an additional cost.
Clearly linked content
Links to all essential content such as Abstract Submission forms, Registration Forms are clearly linked and available to delegates.
